    The 95 position full-automatic purging and trapping device is a new type of full-automatic purging and trapping device of Beijing Zhongyi Yusheng Technology Co., Ltd. It can be loaded into a 95 position sample bottle once fully loaded, and can be used with all domestic and imported GC and GCMS.

    It is suitable for the analysis of volatile organic compounds in liquids and solids, and can also be used for derivative reaction treatment of samples. Liquid sample, sampling to U-tube for purging; For low content solid samples, use 40ml sample bottle to purge directly; For high content solid samples, purge after automatic methanol extraction and dilution.

    Types of samples that can be tested: volatile organic compounds in water, wastewater, drinking water, seawater, blood, sediment, slime, soil, cosmetics, textiles, packaging, food, spices, etc.

    Main technical parameters

    1. Temperature control range of sample tube:

    5 ℃ to 80 ℃ above room temperature, set in increments of 1 ℃;

    2. Temperature control range of sample cup:

    5 ℃ to 80 ℃ above room temperature, set in increments of 1 ℃;

    3. Injection needle temperature control range:

    5 ℃ to 80 ℃ above room temperature, set in increments of 1 ℃;

    4. Temperature control range of GC transmission pipeline:

    5 ℃ to 250 ℃ above room temperature, set in increments of 1 ℃;

    5. Temperature control range of valve box:

    11. High temperature cooling rate of trap:

    Cooling from 250 ℃ to 40 ℃ within 70 seconds;

    12. Sample injection accuracy:

    RSD < 1% (n = 7), determined by gravimetric method;

    13. Selection of sample dilution ratio:

    Programmable dilution: 1:100, 1:50, 1:25, 1:10, 1:5, 1:2;

    14. Gas flow control range:

    5ml / min to 500ml / min;

    15. Standard 95 position sample tray (40ml sample bottle) is equipped with sample tray cooling circulating water system to realize low-temperature cooling of sample bottle;
